2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation by You:
    • X days+ before departure: Partial refund (minus deposit/fees).
    • Less than X days: No refund (unless covered by travel insurance).
  • Cancellation by Us: Full refund or alternative trip offered (e.g., due to weather/safety).
  • Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, or disruptions.

3. Changes to Itineraries

  • We reserve the right to modify routes, accommodations, or activities due to safety, weather, or logistical issues.
  • No refunds for minor changes, but significant alterations may qualify for compensation.

4. Health & Safety

  • You must disclose any medical conditions or disabilities that may affect your participation.
  • We are not liable for injuries or illnesses incurred during the trip.
  • Follow all guide instructions; failure to do so may result in removal from the trip without refund.

5. Travel Documents & Requirements

  • Ensure you have a valid passport, visas, vaccinations, and comply with entry requirements.
  • We are not responsible for denied entry due to incomplete documentation.

6. Liability Waiver

  • Adventure travel involves inherent risks (e.g., altitude, wildlife, rough terrain).
  • By booking, you acknowledge these risks and waive liability for accidents beyond our control.

7. Responsible Travel

  • Respect local cultures, environments, and wildlife.
  • We follow sustainable practices; help us minimize waste and ecological impact.

8. Complaints

  • Report issues immediately to your guide to resolve them on-site.
  • Claims submitted after the trip may not be considered.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations/delays due to natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or other uncontrollable events.
